Location of Data
Your data is held on a secure in-house server located at our premises on the Isle of Man or as hard copy for use by Company employees to provide our services to you. Your data may be shared with other employees of SAT Systems at the same location to facilitate the services we provide.
Third Party Use
SAT Systems are the sole users of the personal information you have provided to us, we do not share, sell or make available to any third party, with the exception of and at the direct request of the Manx Court of Law.
Data Retention
We will keep your personal Information only as long as necessary to provide you with the Service and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the service, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Remember that even after you cancel your account, or if you ask us to delete your personal information, copies of some information from your account may remain, as it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information due to technical constraints or, contractual, financial or legal requirements.
GDPR and Personal Data of Individuals in the European Economic Area

We may need to collect and process the Personal Data in order to provide the Service to you or because we are legally required to do so. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the Service. We only use the Personal Data for our legitimate business interests.
We keep your Personal Information only for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include (i) for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Service to you; (ii) as required by a legal obligation to which we are subject; or (iii) as advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard of applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 25, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
