COVID-19 OPERATION UPDATE JANUARY 2021
Once again, both the UK and the Isle of Man have entered into lockdown and we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our Customers that we have taken the necessary precautions to remain in operation safely. The safety and wellbeing of our staff, our supply network & our Customers remains of paramount importance.
Please note, whilst we will endeavour to deal with new orders & enquiries in a timely manner, there may be a delay as some or all of our staff will be working shifts or working from home where possible.
Due to the latest safety measures put in place by the Government, we will be suspending the small amount of dispatches we do via Royal Mail until further notice to reduce the risk for our employees and we will solely be using couriers services like DHL, FedEx and UPS as we have a system in place for safe collections from our premises.

At this time, SAT Systems continues to operate, albeit in line with the policies set out by the Isle of Man Government. Please rest assured that we are taking all the necessaryp> precautions to protect the wellbeing of our staff, our supply network & our Customers; the health & safety of all those involved at our business remains of paramount importance. With this in mind, staff that can work from home will do so – all contact information currently remains the same & we will continue to operate our normal business hours. We will endeavour to deal with current orders received in a timely manner, however please understand there may be a delay in processing new orders. Should anything change to the logistics of dispatching orders, we will contact those affected individually.
